mpeg encoder

hi guys

i was just wondering what is the best mpeg encoder to use at the moment, right now i,m using tmpeg, but i was wondering if there was a better one out there to use,
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

TMPGEnc is quite good, and it can do almost everything you need. Adobe Premiere (might do mpegs) and Videowave are good.
