    I have aquired a Hyundai Imagequest B91A

I just upgraded from a 15" sharp good points well They dont reflect anything....
CRT most annoying even with special anti-reflective coatings. These days with Newer Tech like mine color is excellent response time well Superb, contrast ratio well it speaks for it.

I dont play games on my PC (that's why theres games consoles) plus my TV is a 26" LCD widescreen cant beat games on that!

Hmm. And how does it perform outside its native resolution?

          Thanks. I guess I'm leaning towards a 21" flat-screen CRT.

My monitor is a Hansol H711. It is four years old now and can still beats more modern LCD's. It uses a Samsung screen which I have always believed to be the best TFT's. They are used in many different makes.

It only has a repsonse time of 16ms. Anything 8ms would be better now. The faster the speed, the less smearing can be seen when playing fast moving games. I have never seen it but, I don't play that many games now.

Well mine performs great from its range from 800x600 till 1280x1024 but ouside it's supported resolutions the sharpness remains the crack is you stop seeing certain parts of your desktop...

I doubt having had a CRT a loong time ago in a galaxy far away I doubt that they perform any better... Dont think so... Anyone?

but price wise a comparable LCD will buy you several CRT the same size...

It's a similar problem to one I posed to a production engineer at
the philips/magnavox plant(moved to mexico) close to home here
a few years ago when they were developing hidef televisions,
I asked will I see a television that I can use as a monitor as good
as my better CRT, he said it'll be a long time and it will cost way too much.

Post a link for that CRT you are falling in love with....

I wont dish out on that for the simple fact I know how important old tech is to the more picky....

After all I still Use Linear editing quite often....

@ mig$y, wow, but I personally can't stand the seams between the monitors.
I'm looking for a inexpensive 21" CRT right now. TIGER DIRECT seems to have good prices. Any body dealt with them?
