is there a way to copy sound only from real video

Is there a way to copy sound only from real video and convert it to wav or mp3 format.

I tried playing the real video and using my PC's mic to copy the sound but the quality and volume were really bad.

    thnx.

I believe you may be able to extract and convert audio only from a real video file by using a screen capture software such as Camtasia or Snag-it. Alternatively, try Wisecroft ripper (available at Tucows) it will convert the real media file to wav format.

hook up a tape deck to the speaker out and record and then push play and record it back to puter...or...open cool edit and push record on cool edit and then push play on the video..
since its from REAL..its really gonna suck either way.

I use Total Recorder to capture just about any audio (streaming, or any input)
