to convert existing mpeg, and .avi to DVD compatable files? iso/img files. If I can convert my existing files, I know how to usr DVD Shrink with iso files. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i use TMPGenc, others use main concept or VSO divxtodvd. one i would keep away from though is winavi especially. there are many out there to choose from, including "all in one" software (like winavi) which again i'd avoid if possible.to convert existing mpeg, and .avi to DVD compatable files?

Tmpgenc Plus good quality more features but slower
cce good quality speed between Tmpgenc and mainconcept
take "Columbo's" advice and stay away from winavi. IMO VSO divxtodvd and Dvd2svcd are 2 of the better all-in-one converters. I use cce sp 2.5 with Dvd2svcdComment
