Can this be done!!!
How can remove the right hand side of
Screen, and enlarge the left hand side to Full Screen.??
on a TV Capture to MPEG

yes, it can, i would convert to avi using virtualdubmod.

downlod 'virtualdubmod', open the mpeg file with it, under 'video', click 'filters'. click 'add'. double-click 'null transform'. click 'cropping'. now you can select which part of the video you wish to cut out. when done click OK.

you can then add the resizing filter if you wish. under 'video', click 'compression' choose your codec and set it up. under 'file', click 'save as avi'.
