where can i get an MP3 codec?

This is probably pretty newbieish but in FlaskMPEG 0.6 when i try to select the audio codec i get PCM and a few others but no MP3 or any other MPEG codec. I go in select video codec and i can select DivX5 among others (but no MPEG there either). I have the Lame3.91 DLL and i installed Radium1.263 but i still cant use mp3 in Flask. I can watch MPEG1&2, DivX, and listen to MP3s and i thought that meant that i have the codecs installed. How can i use MP3 in my videos?

If you download and install the latest XMPEG (XIS' enhanced version of Flask) v.4.5, you'll see that it properly recognizes the L.A.M.E. MP3 encoder...
