I just discovered this method - way faster than using SWF2AVI to make frames and then using VirtualDubMod to make the AVI - Ulead Video Studio 9.0 can handle SWF files, so just open them and then save them in it as AVI's (uncompressed) and if you want to compress it, use VirtualDub for it. Just a tip - use Swf2Avi to tell you the frame rate and the frame size so you correctly convert it, but it works otherwise.
