Registering DVDCloner

Hello everyone Has anyone had problems registering DVDCloner? The homepage has 2 sites USA & Asia click on USA and the address is DVD-Copy.when you click Asia it wont load ( or takes forever) & the address is dvd-cloner ? I bought dvdcloner V2.5, 3mth ago I have just upgraded (free) to V3, but had to uninstall V2.5 first ..NOW I CAN,T REGISTER AS LINK http://dvd-cloner.com/ online register.html wont open all i get is THE CONNECTION WAS RESET.. The support staff are NO help, Any advice Thanks..

I only suggest this if all the other advice you will probably get here fails.Try and find out who is the actual company behind the product or parent company and they have to probably have a phone number.Bug them repeatedly as much as you can until you get what you want.Technology is great but there is nothing like them hearing your voice all the time good luck.

Thanks Soup, I will try and find out , I was just wondering if someone trys the link. http://dvd-cloner.com/ online register.html To see if they can access? They may be a problem on New Zealand link?? I'm new to this as you may have guessed. lol
