If I have, for example, an English language video in either/or WMP or QT, and have an audience of multiple countries (French, German, China for example), I need to match the English spoken video with the text sub-titles per the language chosen by the viewer. For example, if a German streams to watch the video in English, it should stream a German text/close caption/other format langage text below. I need to know how to make this happen technically as the video streams. I can not do multiple videos, such as create 50 different copies of the same video with the sub-titles, as this would take way too much storage (we are talking about 1000s of videos and 100s of languages), so have to use the one video with matching language sub-titles.
Any suggestions.
