dvd-rw stopped working after downloading dvd encryptor

Help:
I downloaded DVD Decryptor from the dvd shrink link. I tried using it and all of a sudden my dvd rw does not work. it will not recognize any dvd and shows up as a cd rom. Any Ideas?

restart your pc see if that helps, if not uninstall and restart and see if it recognizes dvd's
