Urgent - need help

last week i bought a VCD, and it can be played from any vcd player, but once incerted to a computer CD rom,the files cannot be seen and the cd is shown as a blank CD, I have tried with more than 10 computers,,can anyone know how to veiw that kind of a vcd in a computer.. is it some kina copyright ,, even its not possible to copy to cd to cd
