burning VCD help please

Hi all...
I've got 90 minutes of MPEG1 video that I would like to burn to a 700MB VCD. Here is my question: Is 90 minutes too long for one VCD? Can I re-encode the 90 minutes to fit on one disc?

Yes - unless your CD burner can burn the 99 minute CD-Rs...
