Help needed simple question about Nero Vision

I have got my movie in the timeline and have made some graphic titles and an audio track to go with it. My problem is this.

I want the titles to be before the movie starts, I can move the titles and audio to anywhere in the timeline but the movie will only start from the beginning of the timeline, I want the movie to start at about +10 seconds after the audio and titles have been started.

How do I change the start position of the movie, I can change the other bits but not the video?

I am not sure, but I know Ulead Video Studio can do this, provided it is a WMV/MPG/AVI file. Maybe just create a black clip that is 10 seconds long, then put it first in the timeline. Then move the audio to that clip.

Maybe that would work.

Would I be able to see my titles over the black clip?

Also how do make a black clip lol?

btw does anyone know how to remove audio from my original movie with nero vision so i just have my imported audio playing?

I have sorted my muting out, I now have 40 seconds of titles whilst the intro music comes in, all I need now is for the movie to start at he end of my intro titles. I still can't do it, it will still only start at the beginning of the whole thing, agghhh please help me.

Try Ulead Video Studio. Then, add your audio to the timeline, and then add the video, and drag it to the starting spot where you want it.

I have not got that software,I have only just bought nero 7 today

I managed to do the thing with the black clip and add it to the start and it worked as the titles are on a black background. It looks ok now, thanks for that!

Does anyone know how to move the start tho, for future reference?
