i cant download this clip from the net

I found a very very important video clip from this website and i want to download it on my computer and put it on cd or dvd. But i just cant, i could play it from the site and on the media bar perfecly but only when i am connected to the internet. I tried to download it to my desktop but the file that i end up with is only 550kb long when i know the clip is over 15 minutes long. And every time i try to play what i downloaded it will not work. Do you have any idea how i could download this clip to my computer and play it any time i want without being connected to the internet. Thanks

    It's a streaming clip.

Use StreamDown to do this. Just right-click on the Information Bar, and say Properties. Copy that URL it says to the clipboard, then open StreamDown and say "add task".
If it won't let you right-click then you got other issues, but try that for now.

Yes, it's a program, and you can get it by Googling it. It is called CoCSoft StreamDown, so that's the one you want, not the other sites. - just click on the one that goes to CoCSoft's site, and you can get a free 15 day trial of StreamDown.

            this is the problem

Well as i said there was an important clip from the internet that i really really want. I got Stream Down (the free version for 15 days) just like it was suggested to me and i loaded the adress in the url and started downloading. But when the process was finished i realised that the clip i downloaded with stream down ended over 35 seconds too early when compared to the actual clip from the net and i have no idea what to do. Is there something i am doing wrong, Is there a function i dont know about? Is there maybe a better programme i coud use? can someone please HELP!!!
