Alien / Predator perspective effect

This only concerns of these two monsters but I don't remember which one of the, so I put both of them in the thread title .

Anywho, I was wondering if anyone knows a program (such as Adobe Premiere Pro) or a plug-in for that program (again such as Adobe Premiere Pro), that can add the narrow-point-of-view effect this creature had in the movies.
