AVI Mpeg 4 movie faster than DVD movie !

I've got a problem in the finished-AVI mpeg 4 movie which was encoded from a DVD movie. When I play it back, I feel it's more faster than the original DVD movie. It makes me feel dizzy when I'm watching it. So, what's the problem to the AVI movie ?
    My PC : P4 1.5 GHz, 256 MB RDRAM

In order to possibly determine the cause of the problem, you should do the following:

    1) Load the file into VirtualDub

    2) From the "File" dropdown menu, select "File Information"

    3) Post (here) EVERYTHING you see (both video and audio information), or post a screen capture .jpg of the information box

If you are unable to do the above then, from within Explorer, rightclick on the file and click on "Properties". Select the "Details" tab. Although it won't provide as much information, post (here) EVERYTHING you see (both video and audio information), or post a screen capture .jpg of the information box.
