I have used dvd shrink and burned to disc several items (GREAT program by the way). My question is... and dvd shrink may not be the program I need to use to do this.... but, can I cut out chunks out of a dvd using dvd shrink and then edit those chunks with another program adding que points (or chapter points) throughout the finished product? What I'm actually wanting to do is take a couple of music videos off of several dvds that have a lot of songs on each and then edit those songs onto a dvd in the order I want them in. But here's the problem, or atleast I think it is..... I would like to set que points for each song so that I don't get one big continuous video. So that I can play the video, but go to the songs I like when I want to hear them. If this is possible I would greatly appreciate any help. I've tried just ripping them from a dvd player onto my computer, but I've ran into some audio issues that I really don't need to explain on here.
I'm wondering what program or programs I'd use if I were wanting to remove portions (chapters or just clips) out of several dvds and then editing them together for a finished product? What I've done in the past has been to rip what I wanted using a dvd player hooked up to my computer and then editing the pieces in adobe premiere and rendering it to a dvd. But, after finding dvd shrink and several other programs on here and playing around with them I would think that there is a combination of programs that would allow me to do what I'm wanting to do. I love the feature in dvd shrink that allows me to set a start point and end point when removing a section of a dvd, but how can I edit these removed sections of video back together in the order I want, setting que points along the way???? I know I have several run on sentences, but getting my questions across was more important that grammar. Thanks for any help anyone can give regarding this issue !!!!
