Aopen DUW 1616/ARR DVD's are now coasters!! HELP

Ok. I have this problem. I can burn dvds and play(in dvd player and xbox360) them fine with my sony dvd burner. Now when I go to use my aopen burner; the dvd's I make off of that one do not play in my sony dvd player and it is very choppy on my 360. I have switced dvd's -R's and +R's and get the same outcome...Any ideas?? Yes my firmware is up to date..Version R1.03

What type of media are you using. My burner simply won't burn some brands of media, despite having update firmware. Post the media code as well, pop it into DVDDecrypter and it will show it to you. Also, what programs are you using to burn? Are they up to date?

I am using compusa dvd -R and also SONY dvd +R. I use nero 6 for the burning...I will check to see if there is an update...
