mpeg to vhs ???

Can any clever peep tell me the best way to cut mpeg to vhs?
I would like to do this in premier and yes i do have a half decent
capture card with outputs to do this. What is the best format
to export to VHS? Should I export as uncrompressed avi ? Is there any decent guides mpeg 2 VHS available? etc.

Hi there High Juice, I dont have any experience with Video Capture at all but check out this site and it may shed some more light on the subject for you and fill in any gaps you might have.
