    editing a premade dvd disc

I have a sony Handycam but Im wanting to edit a dvd that I've created. Ive already transferred it onto a full DVD rather than a mini dvd so that I cant accidently damage the original.

The camera does not support transfer to the computer so I need to alter the contents of the disc.

I have used DVD shrink to remove the bits I dont want to keep but I need to add title pages.

Does anyone have any ideas of how I can do this?

I would like to use Windows Movie Maker to edit the video as I know how to use it but it doesnt seem to recognise the format of the dvd.

It accepts AVI files but i cant edit the dvd (in dvd shrink format) into an AVI

    PLEASE HELP

Im on MSN messenger (nicolabradshaw2000@hotmail.com[/EMAIL">nicolabradshaw2000@hotmail.com"]nicolabradshaw2000@hotmail.com) if anyone can help

Try the program Auto Gordian Knot to turn your DVD into an AVI.
What sort of editing are you intending on making? If it is just a title screen, there is an easier way (it involves some trial programs).

        Get Auto Gordian Knot then.

Then once it's installed, run it and select VIDEO_TS.IFO as your source, set a target size (say 700MB) and hit add then start.
