    MS has templates on thier page. Here's one for Access -



    Didn't see one for Excel but that would be easy to set up by yourself. If you haven't checked out thier free office templates you should. They have several for making case labels too.

      I think the key word is FREE and nothing from Microsoft is free.
      Try www.openoffice.org.
      They give away a fairly MS Office compatable Office suite.
      It is FREE and available for both MS and Linux.
      (Mostly I use it in Linux.)
      I keep my catalog on its Calc program.
      I enter all the discrypters across the top and freeze that line.
      Then the data starts at line 2 and I can sort any which way.
      I can copy and send as email - did that - sent it to my son.
      I can save as a MS Excel spreadsheet - did that too.
      Oh! -- BTW, did I write that it was FREE??

        I got Open Office after it was recommended by a well respected anonymez person it's a great program
