Realtime Playback using Capture Cards

Hi everyone, i'll just get straight to the point, i wanted to set up an old pinnacle DV500 capture card i had, i installed all the latest drivers, ect. And i can now set it all up and capture video, however, i wish to use it to playback video in real time (TV, Consoles on my computer), There was no software with the package and i can't seem to find a way to do so through the latest version of premiere. Any third party programs or any programs at all for that matter i can use to achieve this?
