Converting Video Files?

I have recently downloaded a file from google (http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...9923762628848).
It is in the gvi format, is there a way to convert the format so that I can burn this to DVD?

gvi is just avi (mpeg4+mp3 audio), open in tmpgenc or avi2dvd, search the forum for guides
