    Burning Direct to DVD????

OK there are AVI,MPEG,MPG,MOV,DIVX I convert everything then burn it. I do not know what the difference is between each and I was curious.
Are any of these that I do not have to convert.(Ones that I can just burn straight to dvd that will play without any problems?

    1. mov will likely need to be encoded

    2. avi/divx maybe, depends on your standalone & file specs

    3. mpeg/mpg maybe, depends on specs

If Nero shows your capture card, you can click "Capture straight to DVD" or something like that.
