is there software or filter that'll let you make a video run backwards? i seem to recall someone saying that virtual dub had a filter for that...maybe not.

Trying AVISynth I scripted:
AVISource("C:/venusrotation.avi")
Reverse
and BSPlayer played the clip in reverse...but when I tried to "run script" in VirtualDub I got "Error during script execution at line 1, column 10 'AVI Source not found'
AVISource<!>("C:\venusrotation.avi")"
VDMod gave me "Sylia script error...variable not found"
Am I supposed to install a plug-in or something to get VD to work with AVISynth scripts? the tenth figure in line one is the parenthesis...the path is longer than depicted, but BSPlayer found it ok.Comment

this is the first time i've gotten up the courage to script video...it's actually fun. checking available filters, i found a couple of 3rd party filters for mpeg2-avi conversion written by neuron2. that wouldn't happen to be you, would it?Comment

It's the one and only. @neuron2
