    PgcEdit Load Nav Pack Error loading NAV pack

    I know there was a thread already posted but its closed or locked.
    I'm not sure what to do with this problem.
    The disc is clean and optical drive is in working order.
    Can anyone shed some light on this in english so I can understand.
    I have the newest PgcEdit 7.1.2 and all the plugins availble. Thanks
    Error loading NAV pack from
    "D:\Encoded Movies\Raw_UNDERWORLD_EVOLUTION-26_0.VOB"
    at sector 58(in files):
    Nav Pack identifier not valid
    The VOB file *may* be CSS encoded:
    You cannot edit a CSS encoded disc!
    Or the VOB doesn't match the IFOs:
    Try to do a mock strip with IfoEdit.
    Skip remaining 'Bad Nav Pack' error messages for the current domain?
