Major Problem with converting video file

I have some video files on my computer off of bittorent, they are anime and one episode wont convert to dvd compatibility, ive encoded like 126 episodes with dvd santa and i thought it was gettin reliable until it wouldnt do this one episode, i tried TMPGEnc xpress and it couldnt even begin the analyzation on that file. I tried it multiple times wit dvd santa but it says dvd santa has encountered a problem and must close everytime it gets to that specific episode, iw as thinkin the file was corrupt so i got divfix and checked errors but it said no errors, i thought it was because my comp was overheating(heard a rumor that could effect the converting process) so i opened the casing on my comp. This is quite weird, i dont understand why this one episode is screwed up. HELP

if you have xvid installed and this, it should load fine into TMPGEnc
Download LAME ACM MP3 Codec 3.99.5 : LAME ACM MP3 Codec is an ACM codec which enables you to use LAME encoding engine in third-party software

big problem with the link u gave me, it says it might interfere with my computer processing because it isn't compatible wit Windows XP or something like that...so i stopped the installation, and i do have Xvid by the way the codec and the program i guess

never used CCCP codec pack, you can have xvid and that. i'd be tossing the pack myself. what was the error with the link exactly? not compatible with xp?

not sure, xvid and fraunhofer should do it with TMPGEnc.
