Didn't "I Love Lucy" have the first double bed? I think my mom told me that.

These posts have made me start thinking of the cutting edge and censor breaking shows.
        Agreed!

...Nothing raunchy. Man, I'm getting old!...
        It's horrible - all true!!!

        All very good posts.

if you need a nuddie filter, probably not a program I would want my kids watching anyway.
Problem is, some 80's movies, like Police Academy & Revenge of the Nerds are ones I would like my kids to be able to see. Funny as heck, but the nudie scenes ruin it for them being able to watch it at all...

So, with some movies, I have to sit there w/ the remote in hand & hit the "skip" button when the appropiate time rolls around...it is a real pain...

            LMAO!!

Police Academy was great! Still alot of suggestive humor too though. Fine for my 3 year old, but my 6 and 7 year olds are starting to understand what's really going on.

Is there a law about putting them in a closet until they are 50??

Kabuchan, you are correct, my reference was to the same bed, in "I Love Lucy" as with a few other shows, they were always seperate beds. The Munsters shared the same bed.

My strategy is just not watching shows like that. I like stuff like Cartoon Network (not Adult Swim LOL?), Game Show Network, nice clean stations like that.

Not that I am too young to see that stuff, I just don't want to be like some people and become obcessed with it

I personally like Jerry Springer. They are very good about keeping the profanity and nudity away from the audience.

I am not a big fan of talk shows... but I do listen to the morning show on the radio when I don't have school. At least they HAVE to be clean due to FCC regulations
