Need help Newcomers How can I burn a movie downloaded as mpeg 4?

I am a newcomers with computers...I got imesh and kazaa since friday...I downloaded a movie and want to burn it> but my burning program does not have video cd. So i downloaded EASYVCD program but it accepts only mpeg files and the movie I got is mepg4....do you know of a free program who will burn any file into a vcd? Or do you know how I can burn this mpeg4 file onto a cd so that I can play it on my dvd player at home(accepts cdr-cdrw-vcd)

Also how can i dowload movies faster (2k a second!) I heard there is a way to get to over 100k a second?where is that free program or what do I need to do....I never burned a cd I know almost nada on computer HELP!
