Intervideo is worthless.
I hate their customer service. I know its mostely my fault because i bootleg their software like its a benefit album. I have Bought older versions of windvr but i wanted the newest one.
Anyways, im having a problem which they cant help me with. I am hoping you guys can.
alittle background, i have a nvidia personal cinema card with updated drivers(it works)
The issues i am having are only with windvr 3 and not 1 or 2. issue are:
1. The screen snap funtions does not work. you can use "P" as a hotkey to take a sreen snap of whatever you are watching right then and there. The images arent turning out. No picture, the image tap comes up but there arent any images to save.
2. the time shifting doesnt work. it just wont work with windvr 3 for me.
3. how do i record without the files being so big. Im use some of the cheesiest setting and its still recording 8 megabytes per minute. im recording them to putting on my lg vx 9800 cell phone, so i only need screen size of 340 x 220, and im doing this with generic sound settings and low bitrates. truefully it doesnt matter because the quality is still coming out exelent for what i need. but i cant lower the settings much lower.
Again, these issues are only coming up when use windvr 3. when i want to take screen shots or pause and play now. i open windvr 1. id rather be able to use dvr 3 for all of it.
