Blutach...Updating firmware?

I see on your signature you have an updating firmware link. I would like to update my firmware but have always been scared to do it 'cause I hear it's not that easy and if you make a mistake it can really wreck things.
I am not pc literate.

Is it that hard???

Simple as falling off a log - there's even an FAQ or 2 on how to do it. Download the firmware, read the readme, make sure the drive hasn't got a disk in it, and click the exe. Reboot when it is done.
