You want to capture the entire length in time lapse.
Final time to be 5 minutes.
How many frames per minute do you capture?

60 minutes down to 5 minutes? I'm thinking, rather than calculating the frames per minute to capture, just use WinDV's "Capture every N-th frame" feature. In this case, capture every 12th frame.
