Ok Ill Try this AGain-- DVD Burning Problems

Due to the fact that I recently broke some rules, my previous post have been locked. So, Ill try one more time, without hopefully breaking any rules. I really need some help.

Hi- I have no problem using DVD shrink when burning from a dvd, but burning from a downloaded file is a different stry. Everytime I try to shrink a video file I downloaded, I get this message when I try to open the file : "Failed to Open file" .....\VIDEO_TS.IFO" The system cannot find the file specified."

The file is shown as a "Windows Media File". any help would be much appreciated.
