Hello, I'm looking for a software that will allow me to rip sections from DVDs for use in editing demo reels for Production Companies, actors, etc. The software can create AVI or Quicktime files or MP2 files, whatever. I'm just looking for a swift way to do this. It would of course have to be able to bypass encoding. Thanks for any help.

It got the file onto my computer which is awesome, thank you. Now how to I turn it into a useable file for editing. Right now it is a DVD file. I need it to become a Quicktime file or even AVI.Comment

After using DVD Shrink to save a DVD file to the hard drive, you can use AutoGK to encode it to AVI. I include a guide in PDF format for you download and learn how to do it. Just download AutoGK and you are ready to go. Good luck:
