    XviD help for a beginner

    Hi,

I've just downloaded a DVD rip and can't work out how to watch it. It's come in a folder with 37 files with the filename afo-xvid-devil.001 all the way through to afo-xvid-devil.037 ("devil" being an abbreviation of the
name of the film). I've downloaded XviD 1.1 (encoder/decoder I think) and the DivX player. Neither seems to help much. The torrent page from which I downloaded it said that it would play on the DivX player, but it doesn't recognise the files.

Can anyone offer a helping hand?

    Cheers.
