    Yeee Haaaa success, thanks setarip, I am watching my

    first vcd movie. This is so cool. On my computer, the movie time bandits was VERY clear and crisp, after ripping per directions and burning onto cd it is definetly watchable but no where near the quality before rip. Is there a way to make these better? some trick I am not aware of? any input is appreciated. Again, thanks guy's, this was a lot of fun

    Congratulations ;>}

    Have you watched your burned VCD on your TV via your standalone DVD player, or only on your PC?

            The visual quality of your VCD, as it appears on your TV while playing from a standalone DVD player (due to the television's lower output reaolution vis-a-vis that of your computer's monitor) should be at least equal to the visual quality of your original .AVI viewed on your computer's monitor - despite the fact that MPEG1-VCD compression is actually NOT as good as DivX...
