Beware Dynex DVD blank media

Dont ever buy this junk....I bought a spindle of 50 DVD+R 16X, yeah right I got ripped off, It can only burn on 4X.
I thought maybe my settings were off, but they were not I bought verbatim 16X and I wasable to burn in 16X.
I called dynex to report the problem and they wanted the model # of the blank media, there is only two kinds of dvd blank media they carry DVD+ & DVD-, what morons.
Anyway they were no help to me, so here I am with a spindle of 46 crappy ass disc's.
Just wanted to share this info.

That's no so bad if you are using good media with a quality drive...you should try it some time, it feels good.

I already have...can't seem to get to 16X with the BenQ, but I'll keep plugging away at it.

I almost always burn at 8X did do 16X once turned out ok...but I stick to 8X for the most part...

I have changed my "every burn" speed to 12X...the scans are pretty good considering the speed.
