Creating Menu for Divx Cd's and Dvd's !!

I have pioneer DVD player 490V, i tried using Quick Menu Builder and Divx Media Tools but the DVD player doesnt show the menu, any help on this ??

The player doesn't appear to be Ultra certified. Only Ultra certified players support DivX menus.
