Advice On Audio Codec For Flaskmpeg

Hi..

I Have Installed Codecs From 3ivx.com Codecs Are (3ivx D4 4.5.1)
Now I Also Have FlaskMpeg As Well Perfect For Encoding Video..

I Installed All Sort Of Audio Codecs Not Many Of Them Show In Flaskmpeg Expect The LAME.

Please Help Me..

been many long years since i've seen flaskmpeg, but IIRC it only works with ACM codecs whereas 3ivx is just dshow. i wouldn't recommend flask for audio (or even video-- use vdub or avidemux if you must use vfw) encoding anyway, try behappy, belight or foobar, all support a wide range of input/output formats.

Could You Put It In Simple Words..

If It Was You What Would You Use, When People Post Torrents On Movies In DVDRip Format How Come Picture Is So Sharp, Clear, Clean, Smooth Etc.

What Codecs They Use And Tools..

DVDRip isn't a format. Just means that the source is a DVD. The rip could be an XviD avi, an AVC mp4, an ogg theora file... anything.

All scene releases are encoded with XviD. I would assume that they use AVISynth for resizing/filtering. The app for encoding doesn't matter so much as long as it is cappable of YV12. Maybe they use VirtualDubMod, maybe avs2avi. Probably regular VirtualDub since newer versions support a seperate thread for input.

Fact is that if you don't know what you are doing, you will get better quality from a 1 click style app like AutoGK than you will doing things manually.
