I just noticed "(frequent spammer of this forum)" in my previous post where I typed the name of the software that worked for me. I never added a web address, I never Spammed. It allowed me to type Real Player and Microsoft Media Player, OK but not the software that sorted my convertions out. There has to be a fault with the Spam Guard Filter.
