edit video clips

Dear all..

I need a urgent advise from all experts here.. help!

I need to edit , merge some video clips and some photos and burn them into vcd,able to playback like a show.

The question is to use which software ? Can I use pinaccles ? NOrmally I only use that for raw data from video cam.. never do it in a mixture

Can anyone teach me how to take shots of the video clip when it is playing .. as I might need the shot ? Wat program to use and where to download.

I'm not sure as I have not used this before but I found that I have Microsoft Movie Maker on my computer. perhaps it was installed with XP. Anyways i checked the the program briefly for you and it seems to have drag a video icon... may that would be of help to you

Open ur file in Media Player Classic. Then PAUSE ur video at the point u want ur snapshot. Then click File/Save image as and save as bmp file.
