Want to Burn DVD and Add own audio

Hello People of DVF.. here is my question. I would like to know if there is a program out there that will allow me to burn a DVD <wizard of Oz> and add my own sound track <pink floyd-dark side of the moon> basically i want to create my own version of Dark side of OZ. Any help would be apprieciated as I'd like to get this done before my birthday Nov. 11th
