Photo Software

I was wondering if anyone knows of a free program that can do this:

I want to take two photos, have them start offscreen. Then they would move into the screen, rotate to normal size and do some sort of effect. I was going to use it for a video, I think it's more entertaining than just showing photos.

I'm not sure if this would be exactly what you would have in mind but MemoriesOnTv has some really nice effects. Some of the effects are similar but maybe not exact.
Their web page has some nice info that is a more detailed descriptions on the program.
