Finalizing DVD's

This is probably in the wrong place but I hope someone can help.

I run a small Company and we have to video some sales calls and then playback the dvd shortly after via a Computer but it takes so long to finalize. I need to use the camera again for the next call and short of buying a second camera to finalize is there anyway around it or

does anyone make a camera where you just take out the disc and put it straight into a laptop

If you use +RW disks, they can auto-finalise. SONY make them - however, almost especially for their cameras. I have a Hitachi which says it does +RWs but it sure as heck does not. Pop the same disk in a SONY and it works fine.

Finalising should take only a few minutes anyway.
