Hi,
I have 1600 mpg files (16:9) from a JVC everio
and simply want to assemble a quality video
without using effects or so.![smile #2](https://forum.digital-digest.com/core/images/smilies/smile2.gif)
The program delivered with the camera was Cyberlink PowerDirectorExpress
which is very easy to use, but the achieved results were not very good.
Instead of 16:9 I got 4:3 and there were frames lost.
Therefore I tried ProjektX for assembling and had success.![smile #2](https://forum.digital-digest.com/core/images/smilies/smile2.gif)
The handling is not very comfortable, because I cannot
have a look at the scenes by using thumbnails and
I cannot sort a thumbnail view that is not available.
Therefore it is not easy for me and time consuming
to sort 30 scenes in the right order.
I am searching for alternatives
+ to make the work on many mpg files with Projekt X more easy
+ to use Projekt X in combination with another tool
+ or to use another tool for cutting
I hope you can help me with some hints![smile #2](https://forum.digital-digest.com/core/images/smilies/smile2.gif)
