Nero Question

Can anyone tell me how I can change the write or burn speed on Nero?
I am currently using a demo version of nero untill I can get a full copy . My burner is a 8x or a 16x I can't remember of hand which it is . but when I go to burn a back up of one of my dvds it will only burn at 2.4x. Any help anyone could give me would greatly be appreciated . Thankyou

When the demo period is out - Nero will only burn at the lowest possible speed.
