How do I know if I have a DVD burner or just a plain dvd drive? I have LiteOn SOHD-16P9S. I am trying to burn a DVD from the kids trick-or-treat night but it keeps telling me that there is no disc loaded. I have tried Roxio, Neo, Gear and BurnMyFiles. Please Help
