    Merging WMVs

I know you can do this with AVIs, but I have WMVs.

I downloaded an episode off of Toonami Jetstream (shows anime shows), and they split it in 4 parts. AFAIK, they are the same bitrate and codec, etc.

Can I merge them to 1 part without re-encoding, like vdub can append?

    Thanks

virtualdub MPG2 can import WMV, not save as it.
Thus it would not be direct copy. I will try the others.

An AVI with WMV streams, wouldn't that be non-standard? Or could I rename to WMV and it would work?

many things placed in avi can be considered non-standard. it doesn't really matter for PC playback, and you can always use the tools suggested for wmv output.

virtualdub-mpeg2 probably won't work if there's vbr audio or bframes involved

If they are the same bitrate and codec, you can try "Asfbin Master". It can join files without re-encoding even if they have damaged parts and it's free:http://softwaremaster.co.nr
