I want these files back !!

My Beef is file recovery at the moment:
It´s like this:
I erased some files by mistake, so I looked around for software.
Well no problem there ! And I found a couple that I liked, but this cr** about Demos not being able to "restore" is really the hammer.
and it gets worse - you`re really pleased about having cracked it cos the file`s back, but then they lay it on you..it`s not free after all ! Well we all have to make a living but I`d like to know at tha start.
Anyone got the address of a File / Data recovery software that good, and plays fair ?
I really would appreciate it.

Also, every minute your PC runs after a file delete reduces the probability of recovering that deleted file. And the larger the file, the lower the odds you can ever get it back.
