Can I make DVD's from downloaded movies (Limewire Downloads) ????

I have downloaded movies from limewire pro on my harddrive. Can I use any of the Shrink 3.2, Imgburn, or DVDFab programs to convert these over to burning on DVD? If not, is there a way to extract them from the hard drive and put them on DVD with other programs?
